রাণীনগর (নওগাঁ) প্রতিনিধি ঃ নওগাঁর রাণীনগর উপজেলার কুজাইল বালিকা উচ্চ বিদ্যালয়ের ম্যানেজিং কমিটির সভাপতি গোপনে সরকারি অনুদানের টাকা উত্তোলনের অভিযোগে ওই বিদ্যালয়ের ম্যানেজিং কমিটির সাত সদস্য এক যোগে পদত্যাগ করার ঘটনা ঘটেছে। এ নিয়ে বিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষক, অভিভাবক ও শিক্ষার্থীদের মাঝে শিক্ষার পরিবেশ বজায় থাকবে কি না তা নিয়ে আশংকা দেখা দিয়েছে।
জানা গেছে, উপজেলার কুজাইল বালিকা উচ্চ বিদ্যালয়ের ম্যানেজিং কমিটির সভাপতি আবু শাহমিদ খাঁন (চিনিপাই) স্কুল ম্যানেজিং কমিটিকে তোয়াক্কা না করে ¯ু‹লের উন্নয়নের জন্য সরকারি অনুদান গ্রামীন অবকাঠামো রক্ষানাবেক্ষন প্রকল্প ২০১৪-২০১৫ ইং অর্থ বছরের আওতায় এক লক্ষ টাকা বরাদ্দ আসে। এই অর্থ স্কুলের প্রধান শিক্ষক ও ম্যানেজিং কমিটিকে না জানিয়ে ওই বিদ্যালয়ের সভাপতি আবু শাহমিদ খাঁন গোপনে একটি প্রকল্প কমিটি দাখিল করে গত ৩০ জুন এক লক্ষ টাকা উত্তোলন করে। স্কুলের ফান্ডে টাকা জমা না দিয়ে এবং কোনো ধরণের উন্নয়নের কাজ না করে সমুদয় টাকা তার হেফাজতে রাখায় ওই বিদ্যালয়ের প্রধান শিক্ষক রাব্বেল হোসেন বাদী হয়ে গত ২আগষ্ট একটি লিখিত অভিযোগ উপজেলা প্রকল্প বাস্তবায়ন কর্মকর্তা বরাবর দাখিল করেন। নিয়ম বর্হিভূত ভাবে প্রকল্প কমিটি দাখিল ও টাকা উত্তোলনের অভিযোগে বিদ্যালয়ের ম্যানেজিং কমিটির নয় জন অভিভাবক সদস্যের মধ্যে সাত জন এক যোগে পদত্যাগ করায় বিদ্যালয়ের সকল কাজ কর্ম ব্যাহত হচ্ছে বলে স্কুল কর্তৃৃপক্ষ জানায়। তবে এডহক কমিটি গঠনের অনুমতি চেয়ে প্রধান শিক্ষক জেলা শিক্ষা অফিসার নওগাঁ বরাবরে গত ২৮/০৭/১৫ ইং তারিখে আবেদন করেন।
এব্যাপারে কুজাইল বালিকা উচ্চ বিদ্যালয়ের ম্যানেজিং কমিটির সভাপতি আবু শাহমিদ খাঁনের সঙ্গে মুঠো ফোনে টাকা উত্তোলনের কথা স্বীকার করে তিনি বলেন, এ পর্যন্ত ওই টাকা দিয়ে স্কুলের উন্নয়নের জন্য কোনো কাজ করা হয়নি,তবে শিঘ্রই কাজ শুরু করা হবে।
উপজেলা প্রকল্প বাস্তবায়ন কর্মকর্তা মেহেদী হাসান জানান, কুজাইল বালিকা উচ্চ বিদ্যালয়ের সভাপতি আবু শাহমিদ খাঁন আমার দপ্তরে একটি প্রকল্প কমিটি দাখিল করে গত ৩০জুন এক লক্ষ টাকা উত্তোলন করেছে। অদ্যবধি কাজ না করায় বিদ্যালয়ের প্রধান শিক্ষক রাব্বেল হোসেন আমার কাছে লিখিত অভিযোগ করলে বিষয়টি তদন্ত করার জন্য আগামী সোমবার দিন ধার্য করেছি কোনো ধরণের অনিয়ম পাওয়া গেলে তার বিরুদ্ধে যথাযথ আইনগত ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে।
